Plattformenon your machine
InstallationWindows installer/portable EXE or unsigned macOS DMG; Linux commonly runs the Python source or an Ubuntu release binary
ModelleOptional AI uses a local multilingual E5 sentence encoder and configurable LLMs including OpenAI GPT-4-class models, Azure OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Ollama and Blablador
DatenEach project is a folder containing imported media and a data.qda SQLite database; AI mode adds an ai_data folder with chat SQLite data and a local vector store
EinrichtungThe first obstacle is platform packaging: Windows and macOS binaries are unsigned, while several Linux setups require Python source installation; VLC is also needed for audio/video coding
