Build a complete multilingual app-discovery directory called Vibe Radar.

Use Astro with server rendering, the Node adapter, SQLite, and vanilla JavaScript.
The visual language has calm Cursor-inspired spacing, hairline borders, regular-weight
Space Grotesk typography, JetBrains Mono for code, warm neutral surfaces, and restrained
magenta accents. Provide coherent light and dark themes and reduced-motion support.

Keep app data in data/apps/*.json. Preserve the complete original prompts and research,
with clear attribution and English-language labels. Build a real page per app containing
its verdict, requirements, limitations, pricing plans, verified alternatives, similar apps,
FAQ and sources. Allow users to copy, download and open the exact prompt in coding agents.

The home page has discovery highlights, community rankings, search and a full catalog.
Sort ALL catalog entries numerically by monthly price in either direction, with unknown,
custom and one-time prices last. Combine category, verdict, price, billing and team-size
filters; preserve state in the URL; paginate and export the entire filtered result as CSV.

Provide PT-BR, English, German and French interface dictionaries. Persist the chosen
language in a cookie across routes and keep filters when switching language. Never
silently translate or truncate original prompts or research.

Implement genuine 7-day and 30-day vote rankings from timestamped local vote events.
Keep imported all-time popularity separate. Explain the method and show honest empty
states. Withdrawing a vote must also remove its recent ranking event.

Provide guest favorites in browser storage, email/password accounts, favorites imported
on sign-in, local suggestions with private moderation, community builds with local media,
and local newsletter registration. Keep external OAuth, mail, payment and AI integrations
optional and disabled until the operator configures their own credentials.

Use accessible controls, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, mobile navigation, secure
request validation and isolated tests. Listen on 0.0.0.0 so the server can be accessed from
other machines. Use the installation's own URLs for canonical links and social metadata.
